Crossroads, a K-8 hybrid homeschool initiative, offers a unique approach to education as we partner with families to combine in-home and community classroom-style learning. Classes are held three-four days a week at our Ephrata, PA campus, which offers an environment and opportunities for students to actively participate in indoor and outdoor, hands-on learning for real life skills.
Meet our StaffCrossroads partners with families to provide a Bible-based, immersive, hands-on educational experience that encourages learning, collaboration, and innovation while nurturing a growing, personal relationship with Jesus.
Welcome home. We want Crossroads- a community homeschool, to be an extension of your family.
Inspired by the one-room schoolhouse model, we group together smaller, multi-age grade levels to create a learning community where students and teachers work together for the students' cognitive, emotional, and social success. By intermixing ages, we see students learn positive, respectful, peaceful collaboration and service, which we know will carry over into their adulthood.
The staff at Crossroads works hard to draw out each student's individual, unique strengths, which empowers them, impacts their weaknesses, and we see meaningful growth occur before our eyes. With a lower student-to-teacher ratio and a teacher assistant in each classroom, we've created an environment conducive to learning.
Crossroads is unapologetically Bible-believing and adheres to the Bible as the lens through which all decisions and beliefs are formed, and we do our best to follow Christ in all we say, do, and teach. The Bible is foundational to all learning at Crossroads, and we desire to see a school of students and staff who love the Lord, experience spiritual growth, are equipped to serve Him, and are prepared to face every "crossroad" of life they encounter.
The goal of Crossroads is to provide an educational roadmap to help navigate a successful homeschool journey while establishing partnership with families.
We invite you to come and see Crossroads in action. Please contact us to set up a tour or to learn more information.

"The teachers are the nicest and best I've ever had."
"My boys absolutely LOVE Crossroads. Both were unhappy in public school for different reasons. But when I asked them if they wanted to return to Crossroads next year, it was a resounding Yes! My shy one has gained so much confidence from the affirmative atmosphere and my older one is being challenged academically. "
"Our favorite aspect is the Christian environment and education of the whole child. This project based learning has been a good fit for my child. It seems she is learning and retaining more."
"We like Jesus being the center of it all, community and the one-on-one nurturing given to each child to increase a love of learning, and natural desire to do their best!"
