Early Learning Program

The NEW Pre-K Program will begin in August 2025.

About Us

We are dedicated to nurturing young minds and igniting a passion for learning and creativity in a loving, Christian environment. Our program is a haven where children can explore, learn, and grow in a supportive, safe, and nurturing setting, laying a strong foundation for academic and personal success.

Our Unique Features

Hands-On Learning

We believe that children learn best through active, hands-on experiences.

Animal Care

Our students get to care for and learn about chickens and bunnies, understanding the importance of responsibility and compassion for animals.

Community

We foster a sense of community and belonging, encouraging children to build friendships and work together, while providing a similar community for families.

Christian Values

Our program is rooted in Christian values where students are taught about Jesus through Bible stories, songs, and prayers, incorporated into our daily activities.

We will provide a supportive environment for:

Social Development

We provide children with the opportunity to interact with their peers, helping them develop important social skills such as sharing, cooperation, and communication.

Cognitive Growth

Through structured activities and play, we help children develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and early literacy and numeracy skills.

Emotional Development

We will lovingly help children learn to manage their emotions, build self-confidence, and develop a sense of independence.

Physical Development

Engaging in various physical activities, both indoors and outdoors, children will develop their fine and gross motor skills.

Preparation for Kindergarten

We provide a structured, yet fun environment that will prepare children for the routines and expectations of kindergarten, making for a smoother transition.

Christian Values and spiritual growth

Students will be modeled and taught Christian principles to set a foundation built on Jesus, helping to shape their moral and spiritual development.

The Crossroads Difference

Crossroads Vision

The goal of Crossroads is to provide an educational roadmap to help navigate a successful homeschool journey while establishing partnership with families.

Crossroads Mission Statement

Crossroads partners with families to provide a Bible-based, immersive, hands-on educational experience that encourages learning, collaboration, and innovation while nurturing a growing, personal relationship with Jesus. Our pre-k program not only prepares students academically and spiritually for a lifetime of learning, but we also introduce parents to the possibility of homeschooling. Our teacher will partner with parents to provide age appropriate worksheets, games, and activities to work on at home to reinforce what’s being taught in the classroom, further encouraging academic success. We want Crossroads to feel like an extension of your family. Pre-k students and their families will be welcomed into the Crossroads community, invited to all school-wide events, and asked to participate in one fundraiser a year and in a school service project to further build family and student connections within our community.
